In the Forensic Chemistry PSM, you鈥檒l be required to attend annual seminars to learn about current topics and developments in the fields of forensics and forensic chemistry. In addition, you鈥檒l receive hands-on training in an approved forensic laboratory, which will provide the basis for your independent research project.
Core requirements for the science side of forensic chemistry include
- applied biopharmaceutics,
- current topics in forensic chemistry,
- data analysis and
- toxicology.
Core requirements for the legal side of forensic chemistry include
- ethics,
- law and
- policy.
